Founded and built an independent creative studio, launching 30+ brand and client projects across 6 countries (USA, Canada, UK, Denmark, Belgium, Australia) since inception.
Developed detailed brand strategies including market analysis, consumer behaviour, brand positioning and go-to-market planning for clients spanning early-stage startups to established global brands.
Led the full project lifecycle from concept to completion including brand identity, packaging and website design (Shopify, Wordpress), translating each strategy into commercial creative output.

Lead designer on all projects including branding, website design, packaging and presentations, from ideation through to launch, and produced finalised brand guidelines for clients future use.
Managed the workload and scheduling for the design team, providing creative direction and feedback to ensure deadlines were met and work was produced to the highest standard.
Coordinated external promotional staff and organisation for marketing events, overseeing stock levels and on-the-ground execution to meet client goals.

Developed packaging concepts for major UK and global retail brands including BHS, Universal Expert, Dunelm, Sunglass Hut, ASDA and Heatons.
Produced production-ready packaging artwork for 400+ SKUs across multiple clients.
Designed surface patterns and graphics for 100+ products and delivered technical briefs for manufacture. Liaised with clients and external suppliers to bring product ranges to fruition.
